Fire Bowl Cafe has Gluten Free Items
I decided to be daring today and try something new.
Now Fire Bowl Cafe is nowhere new to me but the dish I tried is. I tried their gluten free Ginger White Wine sauce with their Spring Veggie Mix on Flat Rice Chow Fun noodles (that’s a mouthfull, no pun intended).
The guy at the counter was nice enough to let me try the sauce before I decided whether to purchase it which I thought was cool.
The meal was very good and I am happy to have found another place and dish that I can add to my menu

I’m new to your site so not sure if you’ve already tried Pei Wei, they have several locations and some of the best gluten free Asian-Fusion around. Gluten free menu is posted on their website as well as special menu available at restaurant, and prices are reasonable.
I used to eat at Pei Wei all the time before I went gluten free. Unfortunately I only like their spicy chicken on their gluten free menu. I wish they would do they chicken teriyaki gluten free as that was my favorite before.
What I did discover is that Mama Fu’s has a huge gluten free menu including chicken teriyaki and orange chicken. You cannot tell the difference from the regular version. The only thing is that I have to drive to Georgetown to catch Mama Fu’s. Pei Wei is pretty close to my house here in Round Rock.
