Taco Cabana Gluten Free
After calling Taco Cabana they were nice enough to email me their PDF on all of their gluten free items. To sum it up just about everything is gluten free except the things that have flour tortillas.
Below is a pic of my lunch of taquitos (they call them flautas) and chips with queso. Yummy!

Those are NOT gluten free!! They fry sopapillas in the same grease!
They do not use a dedicated fryer. Fried stuff NOT gf.

Actually, if you ask them then they will start a new fryer from scratch. Youll have to wait awhile but the one here in Fort Worth went all out for me. Their manager was very knowledgable. Of course eating out is always a gamble.
